I am a widow and needed a roof. I meet Jack James and told him of my problem and within days there someone out. I wanted a roof and gutters. I can not say how easy they made it for me. My insurance company had been running circles around me, and after 12 months I had basically given up. I called J&J asked them for their honest opinion, and they came out and gave it. They said my claim wasn’t a 100% guarantee, and laid out some options out in front of me and what they thought would be best given my situation. It was super refreshing vs the other 5-6 contractors I talked to who all felt like they were pushing a sale rather than looking out for my best interests. J&J walked me through the claim, supported me every step of the way, fought on my behalf, and were super responsive and respectful. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs to have work done. Shoutout to Dustin, he did great work and is a generally stand up guy.

Best customer service ever! ****** was phenomenal in the way that he made my husband and I feel supported. Anthony Keller and JJ Roofing exceeded my expectations and completely went above and beyond with the work that was done. Anthony personally met with Mt adjuster and got tons of things approved and got me some major upgrades done. The house is completely renovated now and couldn’t have done it without their help.
